They have produced 2 studio EPs of their original songs – “Fairytales” in 2016 and “Strong Ones” in 2017. They perform a mix of these as well as acoustic covers that are imaginatively arranged and beautifully performed.
Hanna*h* is a collaborative project between UK musicians Hanna Knight and Tim Haines.
The duo have produced a fantastic set of memorable songs that can not only get the hairs on your neck to stand on end, but also have you singing along to memorable melodies.
Midlands based three piece English Jones are singer/songwriter Stewart Jones, Lead guitarist Andy Davis and bass guitar and vocals Muriel Halpin. EJ’s original blend of acoustic pop and warm vocal harmonies find favour with gig goers and venues alike.
Not So Merry
Performing a fusion of “Americana/folk/blues with a hint of slease”, The Hatstand Band hail from Rugby. Originally a band of one (Mr Stinksi) – he now performs with the brilliant Kate and Richard, with the luxury of guitar, cajon and harmonies.
Chris Bicknell Music
Chris Bicknell is a singer-songwriter from Birmingham. He has been writing songs and performing them since he was 15 years old. Chris regularly gigs all over the Midlands and has, to date, released four albums and an EP. Beautiful ballads and foot-thumping tunes that tell a story of his lifes experiences.
Carrick are a modern acoustic duo comprised of Caroline and Rick.
Using a wide variety of instruments to perform acoustic versions of well known songs from the 70’s to the present day. Their arrangements include their own unique twist on familiar numbers so you will hear songs like you’ve never heard them before. Playing a range of sets from upbeat to chilled out.

An acoustic indie/folk rock singer who is well known in the Redditch area, Garth has an amazing ability to fuse several well-known songs together to create unforgettable medleys. His witty banter never fails to please.
The Quad from Birmingham formed in the early part of 2018 & consists of four members Jason on Vocals & guitar, Mike on lead guitar, Rich on Bass & Kev on drums. Three of the members were previously members of The Coopers & formed The Quad with more guitar based New Wave, Rock & Punk in mind as well as 60’s & revival Mod. The Quad deliver high energy sets and get the crowd dancing!
Smokin’ Ashes is an acoustic blues and bluegrass project hailing from Redditch. The two founding members are Alan Sheward and Patrick who have been performing together for almost 4 years, regularly playing pubs and clubs around Birmingham, Redditch and Worcestershire where they have gained a following. The sound compromises vocals, acoustic guitar, bass, cajon, harmonica, stompbox and cigarbox guitar.
Red Tails are a five-piece outfit that have been established for over two years and enjoy performing at local festivals, pubs and music venues.
We take some of the best, but not always the most obvious, music from the last five decades and add an amped up edge that appeals to all generations.
Warwick acoustic three piece merging blues, pop, folk, rock and anything else that takes their fancy!
Fishheads – rhythm, blues, rock, folk, fusion. A four piece from the Midlands, who create and perform the bluesiest, rockiest music. The current line up of Grog, Sean, Simon & Ade have been sharing their own driven style of rock/blues around many local festivals and events for some time – ably assisted by Dave on drums.
Mimosa are a 4 piece female-fronted pop and rock cover band, covering songs from most genres.
The Shakes are a professional rock n roll covers band, offering high quality musical services across the Midlands region.
We specialise in rock n roll music from the 50’s & 60’s and all songs are carefully chosen with an upbeat tempo in mind, to ensure the dance floor is always full.
This unique approach has seen The Shakes become the leading rock n roll covers band in the area.
Tarmac & Pete came together through their love of Lindisfarne, performing ‘Old Peculiar Feeling’ as their first song together. A range of Lindisfarne songs mixed with some ‘cheesey’ tunes and some self-penned originals makes for a toe-tapping, hand-clapping performance.
Their aim is fun, variety and putting smiles on faces.
They love playing cover songs with – more often than not – lots of audience participation. Sometimes they’re an acoustic trio, sometimes an electric four piece band.
Kate & Bryan are a musical duo who combine Bass and Acoustic Guitars with great vocal harmonies.
Jamie hails originally from Bromsgrove, and has built up a steady following in the Midlands with his retro sound and performance of some of the rock and roll classics.
Every Thread are an acoustic duo from Birmingham, who – in the words of Left For Dead Records – “weave gorgeous melodies into lovely little nuggets of folky pop”.
West Midlands based singer/songwriter Ellisha Green combines heartfelt lyrics with delicate accompaniment to create a fusion of pop, folk and jazz. She released her debut EP ‘Platforms’ in November 2016, receiving excellent reviews from Slap Magazine and iTunes. She has been featured regularly on BBC Introducing and Brum Radio as well as performing live on Black Country Radio.
Small in stature but big in voice, this young performer has travelled across the UK supporting international artists and has appeared at various festivals including Nozstock and Mello Festival. She was awarded Wyre Forest Young Musician of the Year in 2016 along with Best Composition and Best Singer as part of Bewdley Youth Festival. She is currently studying a music degree in Birmingham and is also to release new music in the coming year.

The Birth of Burn, although not named so, was started way back in early part of 1983, when Nic, Dave & Rich met and formed the School Band: Axos.
“…We played various venues locally but disbanded late ’89 to go our separate ways. Reforming in ’91 we gigged throughout the south of the country until ’97 – splitting again shortly after…”
Having replaced the Bass Player & vocalist in 2017 the band have new impetus and spirit to return to the circuit.
Stuart Woolfenden is a solo artist from Redditch, Worcestershire. His music is a unique blend of punk, pop and indie, and his catchy lyrics discuss his experiences growing up in the twenty-first century. He performed ahead of Ed Sheeran’s sold out concert at the Barclaycard Arena on the Firestone Stage in April 2017. His song ‘I’ve Seen It All’ was handpicked by Tom Robinson for his BBC Introducing Mixtape on BBC Radio 6 in September 2015. He released a music video for ‘I’ve Seen It All’ in early 2016, on his eighteenth birthday. Woolfenden has had a total of twelve different original songs played on BBC Introducing and at age sixteen, he was also shortlisted by Birmingham Mail to open for James Blunt at the Barclaycard Arena.
An upcoming artist from Redditch, England. At the age of 27, his first two releases, Where Did The Love Go and Brand New Day were distributed across a range of digital music outlets on the web. His debut album 12 Years In The Making was released on in August 2018, and there is a possible tour of Germany in 2019.
