Terms and Conditions for Tickets

ALL EVENTS

  1. All sales are final, refunds are only given if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
  2. Where we reschedule an event, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
  3. If you have changed your mind, sorry but we can’t refund your ticket.

What happens if the event doesn’t happen?

Don’t worry – we will issue a refund. To support our charities, the refund will be minus booking fees. This helps us stay afloat.

Accessibility and Carers Tickets

GlastonBeoley Community Music festival strives to make our event accessible to everyone. We offer:
Disabled onsite parking (subject to availablty)
The event is located on flat level ground, surfaces are either paved, gravel, or grass in the arena earea.
Disabled toilets are available on the event field and in the clubhouse.

Guests who have the following documentation are entitled to one free essential companion ticket. However, the guest with the disability and any further members of their party will pay full price.

Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book.
Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award.
Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded.
Incapacity Benefit, Employment Support Allowance (ESA). Disability Student’s Allowance (DSA) or DID card (UK Disabled ID Card)
A valid Blue Badge.
In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI).
Credibility’s Access Card with the carer/companion symbol.
